½ France, ½ California – An Exhibition by Jean-Baptiste Laumond
December 7th, 2025 – March 7th, 2026
Through expressive sketches and vibrant scenes, French artist Jean-Baptiste Laumond invites us on a visual journey between two worlds, his native France and his new home in California. From the cobbled streets of villages to the sunlit expanses and golden hills of Napa, his drawings capture both memory and discovery, nostalgia and reinvention.

Crossed Perspectives: French Photographers in the East Bay

As part of the Holiday French Market, three French photographers based in the East Bay are showcasing their work in our gallery. Their visions of the world are shaped by the unique perspectives they bring to their art.
- Benédicte Lassalle presents striking local landscapes with a special twist: her photographs are printed on glass. Explore her natural and colorful world by clicking here. She loves to play with natural light, infusing her projects with emotion and a sense of adventure. She will present a conference on Friday, January 31st, at 6 PM.
- Frédéric Neema presents black-and-white photographs of the cities he has explored. His images have been published in thousands of magazines, newspapers, books, brochures, and annual reports worldwide. Learn more about him here.
- Arthur Lockhart expose une série de clichés de lavomatics parisiens. "Lavomatic is a series of realistic photographs, a documentary that sheds light on the laundromats in my neighborhood; these shared urban spaces, places where people meet and share, where, for the time of a "machine", everyone puts down their daily clothes.
