Register for exclusive group French classes for parents and caregivers of EB students. Classes meet at the École Bilingue Wednesdays and Thursdays starting Jan. 10th to March 28th (no classes Feb. 21st and Feb. 22nd). Courses taught by EB & AFB teacher, experienced Alliance Française de Berkeley FLE teacher Marion Rassinoux .

Four levels :


Absolute Beginner - Wednesdays 3:45-4:45PM Tuition for 11 weeks + books incl. $353


Content:

Units 0-2 : Through cultural themes of discovering francophone professional and personal interactions, and everyday activities and leisure time you learn basic greetings, colors, nationalities, numbers, the alphabet

Units 3-4 : Through cultural themes of daily and leisure activities and tastes you will use pronominal verbs and expressing the near future and the past tenses.

Beginner Level 2 - Wednesdays from 4:45-5:45PM Tuition for 11 weeks $ 286


Beginner Level 2 French classes.
You will finish Unit 3, lesson#10 and will continue till unit 5:

You will learn:

- How to understand and give directions;

- Ask people to go out and organize an outing;

- Talk about your every day life;

- Do your shopping in French.

Bring your own books if you have followed Absolute Beginner Level 1 during the first semester.

Beginner level 4 - Thursdays from 3:45-4:45PM Tuition for 11 weeks $ 286


Advanced Beginner level 4 French classes.
You will study unit# 8 and learn:

- Talk about your work/job and studies;

- Find housing in France.

Bring your own textbooks from Session 1.
If new student, please purchase books Inspire 2 (book and Exercise Book) on our website ($67).

Advanced Beginner level 3 - Thursdays from 4:45-5:45PM Tuition for 11 weeks $ 286


You will continue with Unit#5 lesson#19 till unit#7.

You will learn:

- Describe a Life project, get engaged in a project;

- Talk about the kind of consumer you are and talk about products;

- How to get information, talk about problems and find solutions;

- Give your opinions with nuances.
